Shanghai Mitsubishi wins honor of nationwide Quality Benchmark in 2012

On June 28th, 2012, our company received a correspondence from the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). According to the notification of MIIT on the activity of "Quality Benchmark" and the recommendation of the China Machine Building Quality Management Association, Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd. was awarded the nationwide "Quality Benchmark" in 2012 with its outstanding performance and practical experience by the leaders and experts of MIIT. There were 50 enterprises that were awarded the nationwide "Quality Benchmark" in 2012 in total, including Shanghai enterprises such as Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd., Shanghai Hitachi Electronic Appliances Co., Ltd., Shanghai Riyong-JEA Gate Electric Co., Ltd. and Shanghai DS Communication Equipment Co., Ltd.

According to the requirements of MIIT, achieving a nationwide "quality benchmark" not only signifies the affirmation of the experience and performance that an enterprise has attained by implementing advanced quality management methods, but also creates an opportunity for the enterprise to develop further. Taking this as a turning point, Shanghai Mitsubishi will continue to carry out outstanding performance, summarize the experience gained from such performance, benchmark advanced domestic and overseas enterprises both within and outside the industry, improve management and strive to pursue better operating performance.
