Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd. was awarded the preferred supplier for the Top 500 Developers in the Chinese Real Estate Industry in 2012 (elevator) by the Chinese Real Estate Institute, Chinese Real Estate Association and Chinese Real Estate Assessment Center. It was the sole elevator enterprise selected.
